A standby generator that has not been serviced is a generator that may not start when you need it. Eirgenco services all makes and models of diesel generator across Ireland, from a single hotel standby set to multi-generator installations at hospitals and data centres. Our engineers are based in Newcastle West, Co. Limerick and cover the whole country.

Planned maintenance
Standard maintenance contract
Our standard contract covers two visits per year:
- Visit 1: Inspection and engine run. A full visual and operational check of the generator, control panel, batteries, fuel system and transfer switch, with the engine run under supervision.
- Visit 2: Major service. Fuel filters, oil filters and oil change, full inspection, and a run and test of the complete system.
- Contracts can be extended to cover additional visits, load bank testing, fuel polishing and emergency call-out. Ask us for a quote based on your site.

Remote monitoring
We can fit remote monitoring to new or existing generators so faults, run hours and fuel levels are visible without a site visit, and so we know about a problem before you do.

At least twice a year. One inspection and run, and one major service. Generators in dusty or heavy use environments may need more.
